Packaging & Warehousing

At our three (3) Packaging and Distribution Centers, Plastic Express utilizes modern inventory handling and packaging systems to meet our customers' packaging and warehousing needs. On the West Coast we have fully automated palletizers for our bagging lines and two (2) super sack filling machines.  In California, we have packaged in excess of 1.7 billion pounds of plastic resins over the past 5 years.  A customized software program is developed for each customer to track the packaging process and update you on the status of your order.

Plastic Express offers packaging in California and New Jersey. Each facility uses computer-controlled systems to increase efficiency and help keep costs low. Dedicated lines minimize product contamination. Our California plastic packaging operations are the largest on the West Coast, where we routinely package eight (8) railroad cars per day in super sacks, boxes or bags, with a proven capacity to package over twelve (12) railroad cars per day when market conditions demand it.
